JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETER/TELEMARKETER
JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a versatile and motivated Digital Marketer/Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies while also engaging in telemarketing activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
**RESPONSIBILITIES: **
**Digital Marketing: **
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Create and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online presence.
**Telemarketing: **
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow prepared scripts to provide information about products and persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and telemarketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Effective oral and written skills in Mongolian and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Persuasive and confident in making sales calls.
- Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Maintain the confidentiality of all company information
