JOB TITLE: PRODUCT SUPPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE COORDINATOR

JOB PURPOSE: Primary purpose is to coordinate projects and activities of the PSSR Team. This position is required to work with more experienced Parts and Service colleagues to learn the organization's policies & products as preparation for increased responsibilities. Responsible for providing monthly reports, research, and analysis to support the PSSR team's operations including participation in proposal creation, sales productivity tracking, and sales reporting. Also performs administrative duties for the PSSR team.

QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE:

• University or equivalent technical education required, Good knowledge of CAT equipment.

• Worked in mining, geology, manufacture sector for 2 years and more /as an advantage/

• Familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs (excel, word, etc.).

• Ability to implement the job individually and with the team

• Problem solving and organizing skill to work at location specified by the employer,

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian

• Open-minded and Straight-forward

• Commercial skills

• Ability to work with data and analysis

• Willingness to take additional responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of all company information.
