JOB TITLE: LEAD TECHNICIAN- 14/14roster
JOB PURPOSE: Provide technical assistance, support, and expert advice on continuous improvement practices across on a day to day basis to Heavy Mobile Equipment Maintenance. EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering) or equivalent education obtained through degrees, certificates or diplomas from academic or vocational trainings.
QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• Knowledge of customer machines
• Knowledge (in-depth) related to troubleshooting and diagnoses of machines
• Knowledge (in-depth) of related hand tools and equipment use
• Must have a good technical aptitude for mechanical tools and repairs
• Must follow site safety regulations
• Good analytical skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver reports on time
• Show professionalism in detailing the machine's electronic information received.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective relationship building skills and problem-solving abilities
• Maintain the confidentiality of all company information.
